Latest RHMZ warning: Serbia will be hit by stormy winds, hail, and heavy rain

The Republic Hydrometeorological Institute of Serbia (RHMZ) updated this morning at 4:10 am the high temperatures and severe weather warning for today. As stated, the temperature will drop significantly from tomorrow.

"It will be very warm today with the highs in most places ranging from 33 to 36 degrees, starting tomorrow the temperature will drop significantly.

Today in the second part of the day short-lived storms are possible in places, with heavy rain and a large amount of precipitation, hail, strong and stormy winds. The highest probability for this to happen is in the north, west and southwest of Serbia," the warning states.

This morning at 6 o'clock, the temperature in most places was above 20 degrees Celsius. It was the warmest in Belgrade, where it was 23 degrees.

The orange weather warning is still in effect today. Today, the UV index is high everywhere, except in Vrsac.
