Incredible scenes as Red Star fans march through Belgrade, drive on motorcycles celebrating trophy
Red Star fans ("Delije") celebrated winning the Serbian title after their club beat Vozdovac 3-1 on Sunday, and soon after their players lifted the cup, the fans started their victorious march through Belgrade.
They headed directly from the stadium ("Marakana") to Kalemegdan, where they traditionally celebrate titles.
Telegraf reporters also managed to notice some "brutal" scenes of fans who lit torches and marched through the very center of the capital in a "corteo," i.e., a procession of fans.
The strongest firecrackers were echoing, flags were flying as Red Star songs were chanted.
At the head of the column were fans on motorbikes with flags, and they also passed through Knez Mihailova Street.
