Disturbing details of Zrenjanin murder: Daughter heard chainsaw through the door and begged her mother to stop

The suspect T.P. (46) from Zrenjanin on Tuesday, May 10, killed her husband (42), with her underage daughter (16) witnessing the crime.

As we have learned, the girl's stepfather barely managed to wake up and get out of bed after his wife stabbed him while he was sleeping.

He was covered in blood and headed for the living room, where the girl's mother was waiting for him and started stabbing him with a knife again. After that, she threw her daughter out of the room and turned on a chainsaw.

The girl called her brother and told him to call the police. When he arrived, they both knocked on the door and begged her to stop. At one point, they saw their stepfather with his leg cut off.

As we have learned, T. P. was often announcing she would commit the murder, saying that she would drug her husband to sleep and then "cut him to pieces."

The body of the victim was transported to Novi Sad for an autopsy.

T.P. was arrested and remanded in custody.
