Horrifying scenes from Mladenovac: Lightning burns down house and all furniture. Family slept in the car

In a storm that followed the hail that hit Mladenovac and its surroundings on Tuesday, lightning struck the house of Miroslav Mihailovic in Pruzatovac and caused great material damage.

A tragedy was avoided, because no one was in the house at that moment.

The fire was localized with the quick intervention of the Mladenovac firefighters.

The family spent the night in the car.

As is seen in a video published by Mladenovac Uzivo, lightning burned the interior of the house and all the furniture.

All that was left were black, sooty walls.

A strong storm hit the province of Vojvodina yesterday, but also western Serbia. The hail made it look as if it had snowed in Sabac.

Anti-hail missiles were heard fired from several directions.

Traffic was slowed down on the Novi Sad-Zrenjanin road due to heavy rain.
