Details of Banjica murder: Hitman shot and killed Luka with 6 bullets fired from pistol with silencer
Telegraf.rs has learned that Luka Perencevic (28) was killed in Belgrade's Banjica neighborhood this morning by a man who was carrying a bag from a well-known Belgrade food delivery service.
"The killer, still unidentified, entered a makeshift gym, carrying a food delivery bag. He saw Perencevic sitting inside on a bench and fired 6 bullets at him from a pistol with a silencer. Three others who were in the gym came to Perencevic's aid and carried him outside, but he was already gone. The killer is believed to be a professional (hitman)," we have been told by sources from the investigation.
Luka Perencevic (28), who was killed this morning, was in the past linked to the aggravated murder in Banjica in September 2020 of Filip Lepojevic, who was only 18, while his 21-year-old friend A.DJ. was wounded.
According to unofficial information, it is assumed that today's hit came in revenge for that murder from two years ago.
"The investigation is still ongoing. According to initial information, it is assumed that this murder is related to that from two years ago," the source from the investigation told us.
At that time, the police arrested three Rakocevic brothers, Petar (36), Uros (26) and Radovan (39, for the murder of Lepojevic.
The father of the Rakocevics claimed in statements for the media that "Luka Perencevic, otherwise a fan of Rad FC, mistreated them" and that he was sowing fear in Banjica.
