Before leaving for Turin, where she will represent Serbia at the Eurovision Song Contest with the song "In Corpore Sano," Ana Djuric Konstrakta handed out towels and flowers.
Namely, after she sang the song that will represent us at the prestigious competition, Konstrakta handed out towels with embroidered words - In Corpore Sano Konstrakta, but also white carnations, which have a special meaning.
She revealed for Telegraf.rs why she handed out white carnations.
"Symbolism is a tricky thing, everyone reads into it something they need, white carnations have been with us from the beginning of the performance and from the beginning they mean love, understanding and respect," Konstrakta told Telegraf Jetset.
The white carnation is a symbol of happiness and love.
The formal name of this flower is dianthus, which in Greek means celestial flower.
