Z.K. (53) from Vranje was arrested after he tied his wife N.S. (48) to the bed and poured acid in her eyes, it has been confirmed for Telegraf from the Ministry of the Interior.

The Basic Public Prosecutor's Office in Pancevo, in cooperation with the Police Administration in Pancevo, ordered him detained for 48 hours.
He is suspected of committing the criminal acts of causing light bodily injury, exposure to danger and unlawful deprivation of liberty, the Basic Public Prosecutor's Office announced.
Z.K. will be brought before the deputy Public Prosecutor in Pancevo and questioned.
