The Movement of Socialists will not change sides or its beliefs, the leader of that movement, Aleksandar Vulin, said today.

"We can be in power, we can be in opposition, but Aleksandar Vucic is our president, and his policy is our policy, we are comrades and that will not change," said Vulin, commenting on announcements of a post-election coalition at the Belgrade city level, and a possible alliance of all other political parties against Vucic's Progressives (SNS).

He said that even before the elections, he warned that everyone would unite against Vucic, if they could gather more votes than him.

"And that is best seen in the example of Belgrade," said Vulin, adding that now Euro-fanatics and opponents of the EU, NATO supporters, and those who are against it, could go together.
