Thanks to a time of 6.99 seconds that she achieved at the beginning of March during a rally in her homeland, Polish sprinter Ewa Swoboda arrived to the World Athletics Indoor Championships in Belgrade as the fastest woman in the world.

With her attractive appearance, as well as a large number of tattoos she has, Ewa attracted a lot of attention in the Arena during the qualifications, which she ran practically without breaking a sweat.

The Pole was in the fourth group together with Serbia's Milana Tirnanic, who failed to reach the semifinals, while Ewa ran the race in 7.10 seconds.

Swoboda came to Belgrade as one of the favorites for the gold medal, while three years ago she won the shiniest medal at the European Athletics Championships. She missed the World Championships 2020 and the Olympics in Tokyo due to injury, and at the beginning of the year she pointed out that her goal is to reach at least in the finals in all competitions.

Ewa is 25 years old and during the 2017 European Championships in Belgrade she took silver, with a time of 7.10 seconds. Interestingly, it was her best time of the season, while she now advanced to the semifinals with an identical one.
