Four Turkish citizens have been released after being tied up for several days in a house in Kovanici near Topcic Polje, Bosnia and Herzegovina, reports Klix.ba.

The tourists were imprisoned and kept in a house, and all this was done by a man who was allegedly previously known to the police.

After a few days, one of the tourists managed to break free and asked for help from the locals in Kovanici, who then called the police and set free other tourists who are currently under the officers' protection.

The Ministry of the Interior of the Zenica-Doboj Canton told Klix that information collection is underway and that more will be known during the day.
