Condition of those injured in overturning of bus near Krusevac: At least 17 people hurt

At least 17 people were injured last night when a bus with Kosovo license plates overturned on the section of the Krusevac-Brus road, near the village of Veliki Kupci, Radio Television Krusevac is reporting.

According to this, none of the injuries are life-threatening.

Media reports say that the bus of the carrier Zhitia Turist landed off the road and overturned at around 9:45 pm on the section of the road Krusevac-Brus, near the village of Veliki Kupci.

Radio Television Krusevac said that the reason why the bus, which was moving towards Krusevac, overturned has not yet been determined.

At one point, the driver lost control of the bus, crossed to the left lane, after which the vehicle overturned onto its side, off the road.

An ambulance team arrived at the scene in a short time, and several people were transported to the General Hospital Krusevac, added Radio Television Krusevac.

The passengers who were not injured continued their journey at about a quarter to midnight, in another bus which arrived in the meantime.

The investigation was carried out by members of the Krusevac traffic police.

The traffic on this section of the road was not interrupted.
