The Commission for Protection of Competition has given consent to the company Balkan Commodities to acquire Granexport from Pancevo, Luka-Backa Palanka, Zito-Backa from Kula and Agroglob from Novi Sad, the Commission announced on its website.

These four companies that have received approval to change ownership have so far been owned by companies from MK Group, which is controlled Miodrag Kostic.

Balkan Commodities is a special purpose holding company and belongs to the Trans-Oil Group, which is managed as the ultimate parent company by Aragvi Holding International Limited, based in Nicosia.

Aragvi is controlled by Vaja Enricovic, who owns 87.5 percent of its shares. Trans-Oil operates as an agro-industrial holding, mainly in Moldova, while Vaja Enricovi controls Sid-based Victoriaoil in Serbia.
