New measures in force starting tonight: Covid passes in cafes and betting parlors from 8 pm

According to the decision of the Crisis HQ made at the meeting on Thursday, Covid passes will be mandatory from 8 pm starting this evening in hospitality facilities, casinos and betting parlors.

Until now, Covid passes have been mandatory from 10 pm.

It is important for the hospitality industry that they will be able to work without restrictions, while the Covid passes will be required from 8 pm until the closing of the place.

"We saw that Covid passes had a significant effect on the frequency of vaccination, and in line with that we decided on 8 pm, all hospitality establishments will be able to work 24 hours a day," Minister Darija Kisic Tepavcevic said earlier.

The measure that already exists, which will continue to be actively applied, is intensified controls and inspections.
