Chaos in Ljubljana, more than 500 buildings flooded: "This amount of rain falls once in 250 years"
A strong storm followed by heavy rain, which hit Slovenia last night, flooded more than 500 buildings in Ljubljana, Slovenia alone, where 88 liters of rain fell per square meter, which, according to estimates, happens once in 250 years.

The problem is that a huge amount of rain fell in an extremely short period of time, in Ljubljana as much as 88 liters per square meter.
