Mystery in Aleksinac, family missing: Exchange office owner not heard from since lunch with mother

A family of three from Aleksinac, G.DJ. (57) his wife G DJ. and their daughter L.DJ. mysteriously disappeared on Sunday, prompting their relatives to report the disappearance to the police.

G.DJ. is the owner of an exchange office in Aleksinac and was last seen in the village of Moravice, where he had lunch with his mother. His sister in law, Verica Djokic, says that they left Moravice around midnight.

On Monday, his mother called him on his landline phone, but no one answered. She called three times in vain.

"When I came home from work, I called on the mobile, no one answered in the office either. My daughter went to Aleksinac, she didn't find out anything, so we reported the disappearance to the police that afternoon. Their apartment is locked, we have no idea what happened to them. They did not mention going on a vacation. The phone was located on September 26 for the last time on Viber and that's it. Nothing like this has ever happened before, they would always call," Verica told Telegraf.rs.

The police are in front of the building in the center of Aleksinac where the family lived.
