Serbs spend the night at Jarinje, more and more people have been gathering since the morning
The number of people at the Jarinje crossing since this morning is significantly higher than during yesterday, reports Kosovo Online.
Those who spent the night at the Jarinje administrative crossing in protest of the measures taken by the government in Pristina are being joined by more and more citizens who are bringing water, food and warm clothes.
Citizens are protesting, demanding the withdrawal of the Kosovo government's decree regarding license plates and the establishment of the Community of Serb Municipalities, as indicated by a banner put up last night a few meters away from the members of the Rosu police unit, which reads, "Welcome to the Community of Serb Municipalities."
The night passed peacefully and without any incidents at Jarinje. The gathered Serbs stayed up all night around the fires they lit, in groups of about ten people.
Members of the Rosu units were not noticeable. They stayed next to their armored vehicles and there were no provocations.
