Another beautiful football stadium springing up in Serbia: Here's what it will look like!

New stadiums in Serbia are slowly but surely starting to sprout like mushrooms after the rain. One set od them has been built, polished and put into use, and some others are just gaining their clear shape.

Recently we witnessed the opening of a truly modern TSC stadium in Backa Topola, the pride of the local community, Serbian football and SuperLiga, with the wholehearted and key support from the Hungarian government, and around the same time as that facility was finished, two more are being built - both funded from the budget of the state of Serbia.

Cranes and heavy machinery are in Loznica and Leskovac, the stadiums should be completed there in two years and the inaugural ball should be kicked on those pitches. Afterwards, according to announcements, Zajecar, Kragujevac, Vranje, Kraljevo, Novi Sad and Subotica will also get new football facilities built according to UEFA's top standards.

We were at the scene to see how works are progressing on Lagator, the most sporty part of Loznica where an old building has been demolished, and where since April works have been in full swing to build a new, modern facility. It will be a real beauty, with a futuristic design, 8,500 seats and a lot of other content for visitors. When completed it will have a UEFA 4 standard label.

As can be seen in the video above, the space of the future pitch has been dug up, prepared and framed with concrete bases for the stands, while several external walls have also been erected.

The plan is to have seven facilities within the complex, namely: the Loznica FC one with the west stand, the tunnel used for footballers entering the pitch, an auxiliary building, the east stand, two ticket offices and a kiosk.

There will be an access plateau around the entire stadium, from where the fans will walk into the stands. Access to the plateau and the stadium itself is possible from three sides via two staircases for fans, two staircases for VIP visitors and a platform for the disabled on the west side, one staircase on the north side and one on the south.

The facilities will feature dressing rooms, the administrative part, rooms with a view for journalists, toilets and showers.
