Elections in Serbia to be held on April 3? This is in draft government-opposition agreement

Regular elections to choose the president of the Republic, councilors in the Belgrade City Assembly and early parliamentary elections will be held on April 3 of next year, according to a draft agreement between the government and the opposition that has emerged from the inter-party dialogue on election conditions, that has been conducted without foreigners, Telegraf has learned from a source from the top of the government.

A meeting between representatives of the parties was underway on Thursday, and representatives of the opposition should give their opinion on this text of the agreement.

President of the National Assembly of Serbia Ivica Dacic announced earlier that this meeting will hear what the government has accepted out of the opposition's proposals for improving election conditions.

Apart from Dacic, the gathering was also attended by Vladimir Orlic from the SNS, Socialist and parliamentary secretary general Veljko Odalovic, Dveri leader Bosko Obradovic, Aleksandar Seselj from the SRS, Sasa Radulovic, president of the DJB, Milica Djurdjevic, leader of the Zavetnici movement, and others.
