Kurti on Belgrade-Pristina dialogue: I expect it to continue in the fall
Prime Minister of the Provisional Institutions of Pristina Albin Kurti said today that he expects that the next meeting between the main negotiators in the dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina will be held in the fall.
Speaking in Bled, where a strategic forum is being held, and asked by Tanjug when the continuation of the dialogue at the highest level can be expected, Kurti replied that two meetings have already been held, and that the third one could come in the fall.
He added that this, however, depends on the mediators in the dialogue, Josep Borrell and Miroslav Lajcak.
Asked what he expects from today's participation in the forum in Bled, he said that he expects the importance of the EU for the Western Balkans to be confirmed, and vice versa.
"The EU should be protected and defended and I believe that internal reforms in the EU and the enlargement process are complementary," said Kurti.
