Panic in Vracar, video appears of collapsing building: Evacuated residents fear for their homes

Residents in a building in Vidovdanska Street in the Crveni Krst neighborhood of Belgrade's central Vracar municipality on Friday had to evacuate because the building started collapsing.

The displacement and destabilization is assumed to have occurred due to the digging on a construction site in the immediate vicinity of the building.

"The tenants have beeen evacuated safely, no one was injured," Telegraf has been told by the Ministry of the Interior.

A video from the scene shows that the construction site is located right next to this residential building.

Dust is rising into the air, and it seems as if the building will collapse at any moment.
