Police intercept BMW near Vrcin, point guns at driver and pull him out: Head down, on the ground!

Members of the Ministry of the Interior (MUP), the Service for the Fight against Organized Crime, in cooperation with the Security Information Agency, seized about 80 kilograms of marijuana and arrested M.R. (37) on suspicion that he committed the crime of unauthorized production and distribution of narcotics.

The police stopped a BMW driven by the suspect on the Belgrade-Nis highway near the Vrcin toll station and found nine packages of marijuana.

M.R. is being kept in custody for up to 48 hours and will be brought before the Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Belgrade, along with a criminal complaint.

A video released by the MUP shows the police stopping the white BMW, opening the door on the driver's side and pulling him out, while shouting: "Keep your head down, lie on the ground!"
