Prime Minister of the provisional institutions of Pristina Albin Kurti has said that negotiations with Belgrade will be principled and fair, that Pristina will be treated as an equal side and that mono-ethnic associations will not be formed, writes Reporteri.

After a meeting with US special representative for the Western Balkans Matthew Palmer and EU envoy for dialogue Miroslav Lajcak, Kurti confirmed that he will have his first meeting with Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic in mid-June as part of the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue.

Kurti said that Kosovo cannot have provinces that divide citizens, and therefore cannot have the Community of Serb Municipalities (ZSO).

US Deputy Assistant Secretary of State Matthew Palmer and EU Special Representative Miroslav Lajcak held meetings with Kosovo leaders yesterday and today.

Palmer and Lajcak met yesterday with Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani, Prime Minister Albin Kurti and Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Bislimi.
