We came across Cadez on electric scooter at Palace of Serbia: "For less pollution, more bike paths"
President of the Chamber of Commerce of Serbia (PKS) Marko Cadez arrived to a meeting in the Palace of Serbia today on an electric scooter! When asked how come he was on a scooter, Cadez told Telegraf Biznis that he wants to lead by example and show that we all must be taking care of the environment.
"By using a bicycle or a scooter, we pollute our city and our country less, we pass through crowds more easily, and it's very practical, especially when the weather is nice. And it would be good to regulate the use of electric scooters and bicycles and have more paths, because this mode of transportation is the future. Take care of yourselves," Cadez said.
Electric scooters have become popular in the last two years, especially during the coronavirus pandemic, when it is desirable to avoid public transportation. In addition, they are easy to drive and park, so they are widely used around the world, where they are also a tourist attraction.
