The place where KLA ("Kosovo Liberation Army") terrorists can be seen, in videos posted on YouTube, digging a grave for killed Serbian soldiers on a pass above the Kosare border outpost, is most likely a clearing on the Glava peak, Novosti writes.

The terrorists collected the bodies of Yugoslav Army soldiers at the Glava plateau, a Russian volunteer among them, and highly likely buried them there. It is very likely that the remains of the fighters who are still listed as missing are in this mass grave to this day.

This i what former commander of the Second Motorized Battalion of the 125th Motorized Brigade of the VJ, retired Colonel Ljubinko Djurkovic claims. After reviewing the footage published in Albania, based on which the Commission for Missing Persons of the Government of Serbia requested a search of the terrain and exhumation, Djurkovic claims with great certainty that he recognizes the location from the video.

"It's a clearing at about 1,050 meters above sea level. One of the separate facilities of the Kosare outpost was located there, which we re-occupied on April 14," explains the retired colonel.

After watching the Albanian video, Djurkovic failed to establish the identity of the killed comrades. However, he believes that the bodies of two of his soldiers killed on their way from the outpost to the Kolibica area are seen in the video. His battalion, as he explained, had casualties after a counterattack by Yugoslav Army forces, when several of them remained outside the combat formation. That is how they fell into the hands of the terrorists.

"They were wounded in that operation and it's possible that they were shot and killed immediately after they were captured. The Russian, Vitaly Glebovich. was wounded in mid-May during an attempt to get behind the terrorists together with two volunteers. He was captured, and most likely massacred. His body can also be seen in the video," said Djurkovic.

The location of the improvised grave from the video that Djurkovic mentioned, according to memories of participants in the Battle of Kosare, fought in 1999, is on the interstate line between Serbia and Albania, a few hundred meters from the C-4 border stone.

A special problem that expert teams that will go to the scene of this battle in search of the bodies of the defenders of Serbia may face is that the Albanians have removed most of the border markings. However, there are maps based on which it is possible to reconstruct the border line and determine the exact location.

Families of fallen soldiers buried empty coffins

The families of six Kosare fighters, whose fate is still unknown, and who are suspected of being among the killed Serbian soldiers whom members of the so-called KLA buried, live in the hope that they will one day finally find out what happened to their loved ones.

Since the fate of the six of them who, most likely, lost their lives at Kosare is not yet known, it is assumed that they are among those seen being buried in the videos. If that turns out to be true, the families will at lest be able to lay them to rest after so many years.
