President of the Assembly of Serbia Ivica Dacic said today that the apology offered by Czech President Milos Zemen because of the bombing of Serbia in 1999 was an honorable gesture, which should be done by all countries that participated in that bombing.

"An apology like this is honorable thing to do by all countries that participated in the bombing. They should do that, starting with the secretary general of NATO, the high representative of the EU, to the US, Great Britain, France and others," Dacic told TV Pink.

He said that he was not talking about whether they should thereby absolve the authorities in Serbia at the time of something they have accused them of, but about apologizing to the people of Serbia.
