Ikea is inviting all customers who own Heroisk or Talrika plates, bowls and cups to stop using them and contact the company, in order to be reimbursed in the full amount.

According to Ikea, they are taking precautionary measures and revoking plates, bowls and cups from the mentioned collections.

The reason is that they can break and potentially cause burns, if they have hot content inside.

All Ikea products are tested and in accordance with applicable standards and legislation. Despite this, the company received reports of product breakage.

Customers can return Heroisk and Talrika items to Ikea's Belgrade department store, in order to be reimbursed in the full amount. No proof of purchase is required, such as a receipt.
