He saw the fate he inflicted onto others: Novi Pazar man with knife stabbing verdict wounded
The police in Novi Pazar are intensively searching for I.L. (39) a resident of this town, on suspicion that, after the traffic accident, he severely injured fellow citizen E.M. (29) in a knife fight.
The altercation, which turned into an argument and a fight, took place on Tuesday afternoon, in Stefana Nemanja Street, after a collision between a motorcycle driven by E.M. and a car driven by I.L, which were moving in the same direction, reports Radio Sto Plus.
During the physical confrontation, I.L. stabbed E. M. in the chest, injuring his heart tissue. He then drove away in an unknown direction, and the police have been searching for him ever since.
The injured E.M. was transferred to the General Hospital by ambulance, and after initial medical assistance was provided, he was transferred to the Clinical Center of Serbia (in Belgrade), where he underwent surgery.
According to unofficial information, his condition is serious and he is connected to a ventilator.
Otherwise - the victim, E.M., in 2010, as a high school student, killed his peer Nedzad Osmanovic with a knife, who was 18 at the time, and a student of the School of Textile and Leather Design, in this southwestern Serbian town.
The Higher Court in Novi Pazar sentenced him to 12 years in prison, but after the appeal, the Court of Appeals in Kragujevac changed that verdict to 10 years.
He spent a total of a seven and a half years in prison, tanks to amnesty.
