In the coming days, citizens of Serbia can be vaccinated against coronavirus without making an appointment, and choose between receiving the Pfizer or the Sputnik V vaccine.
Across the country, in the next few days, all citizens who have not been vaccinated so far, can receive one of the two doses of vaccines from these two manufacturers at one of the vaccination points.
The Government of Serbia announced that this type of vaccination will be possible only for domestic citizens and foreigners with permanent residence, but not for those whose residence registration is only a few days old.
Foreigners living in Serbia can get vaccinated, but not those who came to the country just to get vaccinated. Local governments will be involved in the campaign in order to invite citizens for vaccination.
According to the data of the Ministry of Health, as of yesterday, a total of 3,163,499 people have been vaccinated in Serbia, while 1,282,971 received the second dose.
