35 more Covid deaths in Serbia in 24 hours, another 2,604 new cases: 217 patients on ventilators

Coronavirus was confirmed in 2,604 people in the last 24 hours and at the same time 35 more patients died as a result of Covid.

12,482 people were tested and 6,701 were hospitalized in this time period.

There are currently 217 patients on ventilators.

Since the beginning of the epidemic, 3,695,993 people have been tested in Serbia, 664,972 of them positive, and the death toll has been 6,026 so far.

Current situation in cities

The most positive cases were in Belgrade - 537 and in Nis - 117, the Government announced today.

99 new cases were confirmed in Novi Sad, 80 in Subotica, 69 in Zrenjanin and 64 in Sabac.

Less than 60 new cases were registered in Cacak - 56, Kragujevac - 51, Valjevo - 45 Kraljevo and Pancevo 45 each.

In other cities, less than 40 new daily cases of coronavirus have been confirmed.
