39 more people die from coronavirus: 5,471 new cases in one day. 276 patients are on ventilators

Coronavirus was confirmed in 5,471 more people in Serbia over the last 24 hours, as 39 more patients died from Covid.

Recommended

18,528 samples were tested, of which 29.53 were positive for Covid.

There are currently 276 patients on ventilators.

The largest number of new cases have been confirmed in Belgrade - 1,406, followed by Novi Sad - 311, and Nis - 302.

New cases in other towns: Kraljevo 129, Kragujevac 123, Subotica 107, Zrenjanin, Pancevo and Novi Pazar 101 each, Stara Pazova 82, Cacak 79, Krusevac 77, Vranje 76, Aleksinac and Smederevo 71 each, Leskovac 67, Becej 58, Valjevo 55, Kikinda 54, Sabac 50.

To date, 3,406,642 samples have been tested in Serbia, 595,489 of which have been positive.

5,270 people died from Covid during the pandemic in Serbia so far.
