Cafes and restaurants to be closed starting tomorrow: What will be open in the coming days?
The Crisis HQ set up to combat coronavirus has made a decision that, starting tomorrow, as had been the case during previous weekends, almost everything except grocery stores, pharmacies and gas stations will be closed.
All state institutions will also remain open, as will post offices, banks, production plants and capacities.
What was open before:
- The restriction does not apply to pharmacies, doctor's offices, laboratories, dental and veterinary offices.
- Trade facilities where food products are sold can stay open.
- Independent retail facilities that don't require customers to enter (i.e.kiosks and newsagents) can stay open.
- Facilities and stores where services are provided that do not require long-term presence of customers and where contact is of limited duration, such as shoemakers, glass cutters, tailors, are allowed to continue working.
- Gas stations will also stay open for selling fuel.
- Restaurants and bars inside hotels and other categorized accommodation facilities will be open exclusively for guests who are staying in that hotel.
- The restrictions do not apply to sports facilities used for preparation and holding of registered competitions within competent national sports federations.
These measures will be in force starting this evenng and last until the next Monday, when they will be reconsidered. A curfew will not be introduced.
