Gazprom believes in Red Star: This is how Russian giant announced "Miracle in Milan"

Gazprom, which has been a Red Star sponsor for years, offered support to the Red Star football players before their match against AC Milan in Italy, via the company's Twitter account.

Red Star is playing the return match of Europa League's Round of 32 tonight (the game in Belgrade ended in a 2-2 draw), where they will try to create a surprise and come that far in a European competition for the first time since 1992.

Red Star's expedition arrived in Milan on Wednesday, while the fans in Belgrade saw them off with a display of fireworks and smoke bombs.

Gazprom, the main sponsor of the club from Serbia, has shown that it believes in them and hopes for a "Milan miracle".

"The night before the 'Milan Miracle'. We believe in you," said Gazprom's account, tagging that of Red Star and posting a photo from the club's training session at San Siro.

Red Star must make up for allowing Milan to score two away goals.

It remains to be seen if Red Star can achieve a new miracle. The match is scheduled to start on Thursday at 9 pm.
