On the order of the Prosecutor's Office for Organized Crime, the Working Group of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, which has been set up by the decision of Interior Minister Aleksandar Vulin, has so far questioned a large number of people and collected evidence indicating that Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic and his family were illegally eavesdropped on.

In accordance with Article 27, paragraph 2 of the Law on Organization and Competences of State Bodies in the Suppression of Organized Crime, Terrorism and Corruption, it has been announced that information received from persons suspected of having links to the wiretapping of President Vucic and his family has been submitted for further jurisdiction to the Prosecutor's Office for Organized Crime.

The working group of the Ministry of the Interior continues to work at the request of the Prosecutor's Office for Organized Crime.

Interior Minister Aleksandar Vulin said that he informed President Aleksandar Vucic about the results of the pre-investigative procedure thus far in detail.
