Epidemiologist Branislav Tiodorovic says that all the necessary preparations have been made in Serbia and that capacities are ready to start the vaccination against coronavirus as soon as today.

Yesterday, Tiodorovic told TV Prva that the procedure is already known and that it has been determined where the vaccines against coronavirus will be stored, as well as the way in which they will be distributed, i.e., who will do it and what are the priorities, reports Tanjug.

He stressed that when the vaccine arrives, it will be discussed again in the Crisis HQ that deals with suppression of the epidemic.

It is not realistic, he says, to expect that Serbia will get two or three million vaccines at once, but added that he hopes that we will get at least half a million doses.

"Although. we'll see if there will be that many," said Tiodorovic.

He said that there are priorities during vaccination, and those are healthcare workers, members of the army, the police, senior citizens, and he also added educators and media employees to that list.
