Black coronavirus death toll record in Serbia: Nearly 8,000 new cases of infection confirmed

Coronavirus was confirmed in 7,782 people people in Serbia in the last 24 hours, as 69 patients died at the same time.

Recommended

22,497 people were tested, of which 34.59 percent were positive for coronavirus.

270 patients are connected to ventilators.

There are currently 7,841 hospitalized people.

Most of the newly infected are still from Belgrade.

In the last 24 hours, coronavirus was diagnosed in 1,975 people there, followed by Novi Sad (475), Kragujevac (288), Nis (253), Kraljevo (207), Pancevo (172), while all other cities and municipalities had less than 100 new cases.

Since the beginning of the epidemic the virus has been confirmed in 206,940 people in Serbia, it has taken 1,834 lives, while a total of 1,867,228 samples have been tested.
