He died in the Dragisa Misovic hospital, RTS is reporting.
Lukic started his career working for the Cacak based TV Galaksija 32, and then worked as a correspondent, journalist and editor for the Fonet news agency.
He was the founder and owner of the MNA news agency has been reporting about the most important events over the last few years.
