Horror in Ljubljana: Young man murders his sister, mother and father, commits suicide

Ljubljana was shaken by a terrible crime last night. In the Jance area, a 22-year-old man killed three members of his family using a melee weapon and a pistol, to then commit suicide.

The Slovenian police said that the crime happened on Monday night and that the police received the report at around 9 p.m.

According to unofficial information obtained by the 24ur portal, the young man killed his sister, father and mother. Police only confirmed that he seriously injured people aged 26, 56 and 60, and that they died on the spot from their injuries. He then took his own life.

According to 24ur, the police first received a call from the 26-year-old victim, who called for help, and then by a young man who said that he was armed and that he had killed members of his family.

Shortly afterwards, the police came to find the four bodies inside the house.

Neighbors and locals are in shock, they say that it was a harmonious family and that they had no idea that a tragedy would happen.
