In the last 24 hours 13 people died from Covid in Kosovo and Metohija, 637 new infections

In the last 24 hours, 1,712 samples have been tested in Kosovo and Metohija, out of which coronavirus was confirmed in 637 people, a 13 patients died as a result of the infection, the Institute of Public Health in Pristina announced.

104 patients have been cured, the number of active cases is 7,798.

The largest number of new case were recorded in the municipalities of Pristina (324), Gjilan (66), Urosevac (50), and Kosovo Polje (43), reports Kosovo Online.

The total number of positive cases in Kosovo and Metohija since the beginning of the pandemic has been 24,792, out of the 108,482, reports Tanjug.

Since the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic, 16,226 patients have been cured, while 768 people have lost their battle with the virus.
