A Serb (37) and a Bosnian (43) were arrested and sentenced before a court in Varese, Italy, to three years and four months, and three years and two months for robbing a Gucci store last year, when they stole goods worth about 200,000 euros.
The robbery happened on November 11, 2019, in the town of Pieve del Cairo in the region of Lombardy. Six months ago, the Carabinieri managed to arrest a Serb and a Bosnian, residing in Milan, who are suspected to be the leaders of a gang of four people who robbed the store.
The two, meanwhile, have admitted to the crime, Italian media report.
Surveillance camera footage shows the robbers bursting in a car through the store window and then starting the robbery.
Four masked men, dressed in black, broke through the window and in exactly four minutes filled large fishing nets with wallets, bags, scarves and other items they stole from the shelves.
The identity of the other two thieves is still unknown.
