Brandies from three Serbian distilleries, members of the National Association of Brandy Producers "Srpska Rakija," received significant awards at the International Wines & Spirit Competition held in London.

The awards were won by brandies from the Tok, Stara Sokolova and Ognjen distilleries.

According to the Association of Brandy Producers of Serbia, the Tok distillery received two silver medals for its plum brandy, Stara Sokolova was awarded a silver for its double-distilled brandy, and a bronze for its 7-year-old plum brandy.

Both brandies are produced by the Uzice based company RB Global.

A bronze medal went to 8-year-old apple brandy produced by the Ognjen brand of the Braca Tomasevic company from Prijepolje.

The competition in the UK capital is considered one of the most important in the world for assessing the quality of wine and alcoholic products.
