Video of drugs seized in Belgrade: Police find heroin in packages, marijuana in bags and jars

Members of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Belgrade arrested M. M. (25) and N.I. (25) in separate operations due to suspicion that they committed the criminal offense of unauthorized production and distribution of narcotics.

During the search of M.M., the police found a smaller amount of heroin packed in 20 packages, while the search of an apartment in Vozdovac where he was staying unregistered produced a package containing about 143 grams of this narcotic drug.

In another action, the police seized about 800 grams of marijuana packed in five jars during a search of an apartment in New Belgrade where the suspect N.I. was staying, while about 60 grams of this narcotic drug were found in two bags in a Volkswagen he was driving.

The suspects were detained for up to 48 hours, and they will be brought to the Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Belgrade along with criminal complaints.
