RHMZ's new warning in effect until midnight: Extreme heat, then rain and storms in the evening

Residents of southern, southeastern and eastern Serbia - don't go anywhere today without a bottle of water and sunscreen. The Republic Hydrometeorological Service (RHMZ) has issued a warning about very high temperatures - around 35 degrees - in these parts of Serbia.

Sunny and tropically warm weather is expected across the country, after a fresh and clear morning. There will be light to moderate north and northwesterly wind. Minimum temperature from 15 to 23, maximum daily from 32 to 36 degrees.

However, in the afternoon in the south and west, and during the evening and night in some other parts of Serbia, there will be stronger development of clouds and local showers with thunder, and there will be conditions for thunderstorms with hail.

It will be sunny and tropically hot today in Belgrade. Later in the afternoon and during the evening, a stronger development of clouds is expected, with local showers with thunder in the wider area of the city. A light to moderate north and northwestly wind will blow. Minimum temperature 23 degrees, maximum daily 33.

It will be sunny and a little more pleasant but still warm in Serbia for the weekend, while on Saturday morning in the southern, central and southeastern parts of Serbia, more clouds are expected, and in some places local showers with thunder. A stronger northwestly wind will blow tomorrow. Maximum temperature for the weekend will range from 30 to 33 degrees.

Sunny and tropically warm weather is forecast for Monday. Maximum temperature up to 35 degrees. On Tuesday, temporary cloud cover and cooler weather, sometimes with showers and thunderstorms. Maximum temperature from 27 in the north to 35 degrees in the south of Serbia. On Wednesday, it will be much more pleasant, the maximum temperature in most areas around 25 degrees.

During the weekend in Belgrade, it will be sunny and a little more pleasant, but still warm. A stronger northwestly wind will blow on Saturday. Maximum temperature up to 32 degrees. Sunny and tropically warm on Monday. Maximum temperature up to 34 degrees. On Tuesday, temporary cloud cover and refreshment with showers and thunderstorms. On Wednesday, much more pleasant, maximum temperature up to 27 degrees.
