By the latest decision of the European Commission, Serbia, along with Israel, the United States and New Zealand, is the only country to receive a permit to export seedlings and planting material to the EU market, it has been confirmed for our portal.

This is an important and exclusive decision, which is confirmed by the fact that no other countries in the world outside the European Union have that possibility.

The reason for making such a decision is the top quality of fruit seedlings produced in Serbia, the proven readiness of Serbian institutions to maintain a high level of quality of the planting material they produce, as well as the results of hard work of the Ministry of Agriculture during the coronavirus epidemic when there was threat these products would not be sold.
