No additional conditions: Montenegro opens borders for EU citizens
The Government of Montenegro announced that it is today opening borders for the countries of the European Union.

Residents of EU member states, it has been announced, are able to enter Montenegro without any additional conditions.
It should be noted that the European Union adopted a list of countries that are not members of the union today, whose citizens will be allowed to enter the territory of the EU starting on July 1. Both Serbia and Montenegro are on the list.
