After Thaci, Hoti also cancels trip to US: He will not attend White House meeting
The prime minister of self-proclaimed Kosovo, Avdulah Hoti, has announced that he cannot attend the meeting (with the Serbian president) on June 27 at the White House.
Hoti wrote on Twitter that due to the situation caused by the indictment of the Specialist Prosecution he informed special US envoy for dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina Richard Grenell that he could not attend the June 27 meeting.
"Due to the new developments in Pristina as a result of the indictment submitted by the Specialized (Specialist) Prosecutor's Office, I have to return to my country to deal with the situation. I informed Ambassador Grenell that I could not attend the June 27 meeting at the White House," the Kosovo prime minister said on Twitter.
