Police storm cafe in Belgrade, film the operation, suspects knocked down, euros found on the table

An incredible scene happened today in Belgrade, when the police burst into a cafe as people were having their coffee and enjoying a day without rain. S. V. (40) and M. V. (37) were arrested in the establishment due to suspicion that they committed the crime of extortion.

It is suspected that, with threats, they demanded  4,800 euros from a 35-year-old in the name of a non-existent debt. They agreed that the handover of money would take place in the cafe. As you can see in the video, they look quite ordinary, wear jeans and T-shirts and act like average people rather than someone from the criminal world.

The police arrested the suspects after the money was handed over. They are being held for up to 48 hours and will later be brought before the Second Basic Public Prosecutor's Office, along with criminal complaints.
