Prosecution orders autopsy of the body of Dr. Violeta, a well-known Serbian plastic surgeon

The Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Belgrade has ordered the autopsy of the body of Dr. Violeta S. A. (50), who, according to initial findings, took her own life by stabbing herself twice in the heart. The prosecution is also asking for a toxicology report in order to determine whether the doctor had consumed some medication or alcohol before the suicide, Novosti writes.

The news of the death of the famous plastic surgeon has upset those closest to her and her and acquaintances, especially because of the way she committed suicide.

Only after they were worried that Violeta was not coming out of the bathroom for a long time, her husband and son broke down the door and found her dead.

The doctor was the owner of a well-known private hospital and a recognized expert in the field of plastic and reconstructive surgery, which she practiced for 20 years.

Her body was found on Sunday in the bathroom of the family apartment in Kralja Milutina Street in Belgrade.

The suicide of the famous doctor, whose clients included many Serbian show business personalities, caused disbelief and shock, because for many she was the personification of a satisfied and successful woman, who was also a great expert in her field. Many who knew her said goodbye to her by posting on social media and sharing photos they had taken together.
