Number of coronavirus patients in Serbia drops sharply: 34 new cases in 24 hours; 3 more people die

According to the latest data, another 34 people have been infected with coronavirus in Serbia in the last 24 hours. Three more patients died, so the total number of victims has risen to 234.

A total of 10,733 confirmed cases of COVID-19 have been registered in the Republic of Serbia by 3 pm on May 19, 2020. Since the last report, samples from 5,298 persons have been tested, of which 34 came back positive, it has been published on the website Covid19.rs

By 3 pm, a total of 190,683 persons who met the case definition criteria have been tested in the Republic of Serbia.

808 persons are hospitalized, while there are currently 15 patients on ventilators

4,904 patients have been cured. The mortality rate is at 2.18 percent.
