The Crisis HQ will recommend to th Serbian government that even after the state of emergency has been lifted, mass gatherings, including visits to cinemas and theaters, as well as sporting events with an audience, should remain banned, Telegraf has confirmed.

As we learn from a source familiar with HQ's proposals, except the for ban on mass gatherings, experts agree to lift the ban on people over the age of 65 leaving their homes.

"This should happen at the same time when police curfew is lifted," says our source, but adds that these are only recommendations and that no official decision will be made today.

As we have been told, a different move may be made as soon as tomorrow, as this is only a recommendation that is yet to be decided on.
