Good score despite coronavirus: Serbia exports goods worth 882 million euros in one month
Companies from Serbia exported goods worth 882.2 million euros, from the introduction of a state of emergency on March 15 until April 15, while in the same period last year that figure was 1.14 billion in regular circumstances, shows the Ministry of Finance-Customs Administration data sent to Tanjug
When it comes to the ranking of the 20 largest exporters, the top spot in that period is held by HBIS Group, whose exports amounted to about 42.6 million euros in a month, followed by Grundfos with just over 17.6 million euros worth of exports, and Tetra Pak with 17.3 million euros.
Henkel, Chinese Zijin from Bor, Sojaprotein, Hemofarm and others are also on the list of biggest importers. The highest value of exported commodity has been achieved by corn, with exports exceeding 57 million.
The list contains processed fruit, followed by special products made from iron, paper, cardboard; Serbia also exported electricity worth 17.5 million euros, as well as apples, pears, quinces, electric engines, bread, pastries, cakes...
Most of Serbia's export went to Germany, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Romania, Russia, Italy, North Macedonia, France, Turkey, Slovenia, and Croatia.
